AKMENES DUONA - the enterprise, which maintains old baking traditions and has over 40 years work experience. For many years the bread baking traditions of our ancestors according to the ancient recipes based on fermentation of natural leaven are enshrined at our bakery. The process of production therefore lasts for 2 days making our bread as a product of special flavor and good taste.
Already for 5 years our company has mastered the ecological bread baking technology. Out of 50 sorts of products baked by our enterprise, 2 sorts of bread - MARCIOS and KAIMISKA bread - were awarded Organic Product Certificates.
The organic food guarantor in Lithuania is the EKOagros logo.
In Lithuania a certification of ecological (organic) products is carried out by public institution EKOagros, which has an international IFOAM accreditation.
