19.03.2013 Ukraine: since the beginning of the current MY the volume of grain exports exceeded 18.7 mln tonnes - Ministry of Agrarian Policy
Since the beginning of the season (July 1, 2012), and as of March 17, 2013, the volume of grain exports from Ukraine totaled 18.72 mln tonnes, an increase of 4.3 mln tonnes compared with the same period of the previous MY, announced the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on March 18.

DENVER U.S. pork exports for the first 11 months of 2012 continued to exceed the record-setting pace of 2011, the value of beef exports remained slightly above 2011′s record levels despite continued lower volumes and the value of lamb exports in November bounced back from an otherwise slow year, according to statistics released by USDA and compiled by the U.S. Meat Export Federation.

08.01.2013 In November Ukraine reduced the production volumes of mixed fodder
According to data of the official statistics, in November 2012 Ukraine faced the seasonal reduction of production of mixed fodder for farm animals, which is traditional for the reporting month. Thus, in November Ukraine produced 409.3 thsd tonnes of the product, a decrease of 7% compared with the previous month. The most significant decline of mixed fodder production in November was marked at the enterprise Katerinopolsky elevator Ltd. (down 24%, or 13 thsd tonnes), which is the largest company in the reporting segment of grain processing (11% of the general production of mixed fodder in Ukraine in the current season).
